Part One: Ryley and Camden Jameson, well-known MMA fighters and identical twins, were just as aggressive and passionate in the bed as they were in the ring. They loved a good fight, and that’s exactly what they got when they met Ashleigh Warren. The brothers had a habit of sharing things—including women—and she happened to be the only one they truly craved. However, the problem was getting her to agree to their proposition. It was one she couldn’t refuse, but she knew it wouldn’t be easy to win. Nonetheless, she sure as hell was going to enjoy it.
Part Two: Fighting temptation isn’t easy when you’re constantly around the one person you’ve desired more than any other. L.P. Dover’s A Fighter’s Desire has plenty of hot alpha males and kickass heroines to keep readers drooling and panting until the next installment. What’s unique about this first installment of the Gloves Off series is that there are two stories in one. Both focus on MMA fighters who run in the same circle and a pair of best friends who the guys are willing to claim for at least one night.
Part One centers around Ashleigh and the Twins of Terror, Ryley and Camden. Both want her, and despite their reputation, she wants to know what it’s like to be double teamed by these two sexy men who know their way around a bedroom. But with two cocky and filthy mouthed fighters, nothing ever turns out like it’s supposed to, which leaves Ashleigh trying to figure out her next move with the blonde hotties.
Part Two occurs during the same time frame as Ashleigh and the twins’ story, but this time around, it’s Ashleigh’s best friend, Gabriella’s turn. Gabriella has had a thing for her brother’s best friend, Tyler, for quite some time. The only problem is that her brother forbids any of his MMA friends from dating her, but as the saying goes, whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, and when Gabriella has the chance to head to Sin City and claim her man for at least one night, she pulls out the stops to make it a night to remember for them both.
A Fighter’s Desire is a hot read that scorches the pages with dirty talk and filthy moves. But both stories go beyond the sexy time to explore the idea of a manwhore’s ability to be tamed by the right woman. The answer to that question is not answered in this first installment, so it will be interesting to see what L.P. Dover has in store for Ashleigh, Ryley, Camden, Gabriella, and Tyler. While there’s more of an emotional investment in the second part, anything can still happen in either situation, and with great writing and interesting characters, I for one can’t wait to see how everything plays out.

PART 1
“You don’t even know me,” I challenged. “Why do you want me to be your date? You saw me for one second when you were up in the ring. I could be the biggest bitch in the world for all you know.”
“That could be true. If you want the honest truth,” he said, gazing down my body, “I saw you in that red dress and all I could think about was how hot it would be to fuck you in it.”
Holding in my gasp, I tightened my legs together to keep my clit from throbbing out of control. It pissed me off that my body responded to him, but it could also be because he was so close; brushing his heated body against mine, and smelling so amazingly delicious. The wild side of me wanted to tell him to take me right then and there, but the logical side wanted to slap the shit out of him.
“Do you honestly get women by saying stuff like that?” I asked dryly, without a hint of a smile.
His grin grew wider. “Most of the time. So what do you say? Do you want to be my date for the night … the whole night?”
Yes, my mind screamed at me.
“No,” I snapped, making his smug smile disappear. “I’m not one of your little groupies, Ryley, and I sure as hell am not going to beg for your attention like what you’re used to. You need to find someone else. I’m not interested.”
You just lied again, I scolded myself.
Turning on my heel, I headed for the door and opened it, only to be stopped by a hand grasping my arm and the door shutting quickly in front of me. “Don’t you see? I don’t want anyone else. I saw you and you are what I want.”
Laughing, I turned around and yanked my arm out of his hold. “Tell that to someone who’ll believe you, Ryley. I don’t fall that easily, especially for someone who hasn’t had to work for a woman. You’ll have to do much better than that.”
Or else I’m not going to play the game.
PART 2
Moving closer, he lightly grazed the strap of my blue tank top with his fingers and let them slide down my bare arm. “And what about Ryley? What’s up with him being all over you yesterday?”
I bit my lip and smiled triumphantly. “That was just to see if we could get a rise out of you.” Looking down at his jeans, I said, “And I’d have to say it worked.”
With his hand around my waist, he pulled me in tight against his body and groaned, letting his cock push into my stomach. “You know this will have to be a onetime thing, Gabriella. Your brother will kill me if he finds out.”
“Then I guess we need to make sure he doesn’t,” I murmured before closing the distance.
