PROMO TOUR: REVIEW: Room for Just a Little Bit More by Beth Ehemann

Title: Room for Just a Little Bit More
Author: Beth Ehemann
Release Date: August 11, 2014
Five years ago, my dreams were shattered in an instant.
One year ago, a horrible rainstorm flooded a bridge in town, leaving us with an Inn full of stranded travelers. Turns out one of those travelers would give me a whole new set of dreams, ones I never thought possible. Brody Murphy spent the last year teaching me what it was like to live, and more importantly love, again.
Two days ago, he asked me to marry him, and if I’d said yes any faster, I would have interrupted the most romantic proposal ever offered. I can’t wait to marry him and spend the rest of our lives spoiling our Twinkies.
One year from now I’ll be Mrs. Kacie Murphy, assuming everything goes nice and smooth.

Review

In true happily ever after fashion, Beth Ehemann gives readers the conclusion to Kacie and Brody’s story that we’ve all been waiting for – complete with the castle, twinkie princesses, a beautiful queen, and the handsome king.

Room for Just a Little Bit More starts off right where Room for More concluded – the epic engagement happened and now it’s on to planning the wedding and starting the life Kacie never thought she would have, and while the pressure to pull off the wedding of the century is there due to Brody’s stardom, staying true to the romantic he’s been since the beginning, Brody ensures that their special day is all about Kacie and his twinkies. To properly conclude their story, Ehemann realistically portrays the anxieties, second guessing, and chaos that occurs while planning a wedding and adds in quite a few surprises along the way.

Brody is quite the leading man; his actions and words never cease to amaze me. Ever since he stepped onto the front steps of the Cranberry Inn in the pouring rain, he’s had me and a multitude of other readers. Of course he has the smoldering good looks, the athletic physique, and the confidence to accomplish anything, but what does it for me is the fact that he’s a passionate gentleman who wants to lay the world at Kacie’s feet. He’s a true romantic at heart, and he makes sure Kacie understands how he feels about her and her girls day in and day out.

Kacie’s had to be a strong and independent woman since Zach left her all those years ago, and she’s done a tremendous job of raising her twins and pursuing a career that she loves. It definitely hasn’t been easy for her, and there were times she allowed her insecurities to get the better of her, but she has always been a fighter, and that’s what shines through in the first two books and it’s also what allows her to get the ending she deserves.

There are plenty of tears to be shed, laughs to be heard, and awws to be voiced as Kacie and Brody are sent off to start their new life together, but hopefully, readers haven’t seen the last of them because there are  great secondary characters who are just waiting for their stories to be told.
