Colton Drake had a lot to make up for to both Sophie and readers after the way things were left at the end of Filthy Beautiful Lies, and let me tell you, he more than comes through for all of us. It’s a gradual process at first because there’s still quite a bit of hurt and mistrust at place in their relationship, and Colton is still dealing with the fallout of his marriage and what Stella did to him. But Colton and Sophie work together to explore their feelings for one another and fully give not only their bodies but their hearts to each other. In the midst of Colton and Sophie’s reunion, tragedy strikes, and Colton stands by her and helps pull her out of herself and shows her how strong of a person she truly is, which solidifies for Sophie and readers that Colton is the man who deserves Sophie’s love.

I’m a huge Kendall Ryan fan; I don’t call her the Mistress of Foreplay for nothing. She may have even bumped herself up to the Queen of Foreplay with the sexual tension surrounding Colton and Sophie at the onset of Filthy Beautiful Love. But she delivers the goods and then some and shows just how compatible they are both in and outside the bedroom. The Filthy Beautiful Lies series a MUST READ! It has everything romance lovers enjoy – the characters are well developed; the drama and angst are high, and the steam is HAWT! And I have a feeling that Filthy Beautiful Lust is only going to get hotter, especially with the manwhore that is Pace Drake!
