Is it possible to expose Chicago’s hottest player—without getting played?
This is the story I’ve been waiting for all my life, and its name is Malcolm Kyle Preston Logan Saint. Don’t be fooled by that last name though. There’s nothing holy about the man except the hell his parties raise. The hottest entrepreneur Chicago has ever known, he’s a man’s man with too much money to spend and too many women vying for his attention.
Mysterious. Privileged. Legendary. His entire life he’s been surrounded by the press as they dig for tidbits to see if his fairytale life is for real or all mirrors and social media lies. Since he hit the scene, his secrets have been his and his alone to keep. And that’s where I come in.
Assigned to investigate Saint and reveal his elusive personality, I’m determined to make him the story that will change my career.
But I never imagined he would change my life. Bit by bit, I start to wonder if I’m the one discovering him…or if he’s uncovering me.
What happens when the man they call Saint, makes you want to sin?

Review
Playboy. Ruthless. Ambitious. Workaholic.
All these and more is how the media portrays and what the public thinks about Malcolm Saint, and while he may embody those qualities, after getting to know the real him, through Rachel Livingston’s eyes, he’s so much more than the sum of his parts.
No one has bothered to see behind Malcolm Saint’s manwhore persona, and he certainly hasn’t trusted anyone enough to let the mask down either, and now the one person who Saint allows into his inner sanctum and allows himself to be Malcolm with has entered his life under false pretenses, unlayering the truth about the myth and losing her heart while she’s at it. But what’s the man who bases his whole life on loyalty and honesty going to do when he finds out the truth? And, what’s Rachel going to do when she has to decide between her job or the man is more important?
Katy Evans is the master of the slow burn, and she delivers one hell of a sensual dance when it comes to Rachel and Malcolm and then Evans turns up the heat even more when the chemistry/connection between the couple is inescapable, and they finally give into their want and need to be together. The pages sizzle during those scenes and capture everything that Rachel and Malcolm never thought they would have a chance at because they were never truly willing to try to obtain it.
Malcolm Saint is still a bit of a mystery to me even after finishing the text. He’s a multifaceted character who readers haven’t even begun to truly know and understand, which seems to be a deliberate decision on Evans’ part. There are so many layers to who Malcolm Saint is, and while Rachel does a good job of unraveling some of his personality, there’s a depth to him that readers will have to wait and see exposed in Manwhore + 1.
Rachel Livingston has always lived a “safe” life, focusing on work and avoiding heartache and love at all costs because she can’t deal with the loss and hurt that comes with it. That’s why Rachel revels in her stories, finding solace in shaping words and marking people’s lives for others. She can keep her walls up at her job but with Malcolm, her defenses drop and she finds herself wanting something more than a profession to come home to. Rachel found a kindred spirit in Malcolm Saint, but at what cost to the both of them?
Katy Evans has created another sexy as sin alpha male in Malcolm Kyle Preston Logan Saint, and she keeps him intriguing by only offering readers small snippets of insight into who he is and what he stands for. The power of sin is an interesting concept in Manwhore, and Malcolm Saint holds that authority over many women and men, and as much as Rachel would like to deny that Saint’s body and mind dominant her as well, she would be lying. The question is, though, what’s going to happen for them after what goes down at the end of book one and if the notorious bachelor will ever be had.
Manwhore is an exceptionally well written and steamy read that oozes sex and sin, and it’s never felt so good to be a sinner! I can’t wait for Manwhore + 1!

About the Author
Katy Evans grew up with books and book-boyfriends until she found a real sexy boyfriend to love. They married and are now hard at work on their own happily ever after. Katy loves her family and friends, and she also loves reading, walking, baking, and being consumed by her characters until she reaches “The End.” Which is, hopefully, only the beginning…
