When reading a novella, it’s hard to fully understand the depth of the characters because the storyline is not very complex or drawn out, which makes readers feel a disconnect between themselves and the story. But, if readers take a novella for what it is – a snapshot of a moment, a quick, fast-paced sometimes smexy read – it makes it easy to appreciate what the writer has done in a short amount of space.
Isabelle Peach is a smut junkie who lives vicariously through her romance novels, trading in her vanilla lifestyle for wanton and reckless moments where the need for release takes over any need for clear thinking.
Isabelle’s real life doesn’t compare to any of the scenes she reads in her stories, but for one day/night, she experiences the ultimate sensual experience straight out of one of her smut books and has the courage to let go and surrender to the sensual experience.
Isabelle’s tango lesson is a place to let desire take over and let it guide her in her actions and words, and boy does she ace this lesson!
