The most beautiful man I’ve ever seen is the one who can ruin everything…

The first time I lay eyes on Callan Walker, I know he’ll be trouble. With his smug grin, hot Aussie accent and thousand dollar shoes, he’s just the kind of rich guy who always gets what he wants.

And he wants two things: a night of sin, and my cooperation as he outmaneuvers his powerful mother to take control of his uncle’s estate.

I can’t afford either one. I’m the only thing standing between my little sister and the foster care system. He may have money and charm on his side, but I have something even more powerful — pure desperation. This temp job at his mother’s company can become a full time job for me. It has to.

But when Callan’s eyes rake over my body, sometimes I forget my obligations. His piercing gaze finds the fun, optimistic girl I used to be and not the tired person I’ve become.

And it works–if only for a moment. Our night together was a mistake. I can’t afford to get sucked into his high-powered family’s treachery. But the closer I get to Callan, the more layers I find beneath those expensive clothes. Though I can’t forget this is temporary. He’s temporary. I have too much to lose.

Too bad my foolish heart didn’t get the memo…

Review

It’s amazing how much the human heart can endure and still remain beating…still remain a guiding force in lives filled with chaos, difficulties, and heartbreak. Callan and Grace, the hero and heroine in Temporary, a story co-written by Sarina Bowen and Sarah Mayberry, are no strangers to situations and people who wear and tear at their hearts, creating broken pieces that they might be able to repair, but they’ll never fit as perfectly as the whole parts did before because irreparable damage can never be completely mended.

But despite their harried pasts, Callan and Grace find common ground due to what they’ve both survived and while they don’t want to risk their hearts again by putting their faith in another person just for him/her to let them down, the bond that Callan and Grace form, after some rather unfriendly first encounters, force them to risk their heart yet again, hoping this time, it doesn’t shatter for good.

Because Temporary is told through both Callan and Grace’s perspectives, readers are able to understand how complicated and difficult their lives have truly been and why they both have bigger worries than not getting along with the person they need to work closely with for a short amount of time. Bowen and Mayberry made the right choice in telling the story through the eyes and mouths of both characters; without the dual point of view, I feel like it would have taken me quite a bit of time to warm-up to Callan and his outward personality, especially when dealing with Grace. But because Callan tells his own story, readers see all of him, which makes it much easier to accept why he acts like he does without wanting to punch him for his attitude.

Grace is one hell of a woman of strength and compassion. Her relationship with her sister is just as important to Temporary’s storyline as Callan and Grace’s burgeoning connection. Grace has sacrificed so much to be there for her sister, protecting and caring for her despite the struggle it is financially to do so.

There’s a depth to Callan that Bowen and Mayberry slowly unveil as the story progresses and everything that is learned illustrates a complex and intriguing hero – one who is more than enough for the heroine – because he understands how amazing Grace is and stops at nothing to help her accomplish everything she needs to feel secure in her life and everything she deserves simply because there’s nothing she won’t do for the people she loves, which is exactly where Callan wants to be by the end of their story.

I’ll admit that it took some time for me to get into the story; I’m not sure if it’s because I’m used to stories that draw me in with their fast paced story line or if I just needed some time to understand how Callan and Grace could help each other do more than simply exist due to the hands they were dealt because of the people who raised them and ultimately treated them like crap. But despite the beginning, every other part of the story flowed well for me and the chapters and perspectives seamlessly blended, which means that the writing team Bowen and Mayberry formed knew exactly how to smoothly transition in their writing and storytelling, which is a key component to a successfully co-written text.

Review

Madison Atwood’s need to escape from the gossip and drudgery of ‘keeping up appearances’ in Hollywood leads her on one hell of an adventure, and while she never thought she would be one to believe in and experience the adage of the best way to get over someone was to get under someone else, all it takes is one lonely and sexy mountain man to send her body and her mind into overdrive, allowing a city girl completely out of her element to redefine herself while also proving to someone who would rather not spend time with other people that the right person can be worth the interruption of his solitary life.Meredith Wild and Chelle Bliss have collaborated on one erotic story of misadventure in the most delicious and sensual ways, and while I would have liked more character development and a bit more understanding of who Luke Dawson was/is, I also understand that Madison and Luke’s novella is meant to be about an unexpected journey that goes off the rails but turns into something that both of them desperately needed even if they didn’t realize it when they first met.

And now that the Misadventures series has begun, I can’t wait to see what the other authors’ texts have in store for readers because I’m sure they’ll be as unpredictable and entertaining as the City Girl’s misadventure.

Things in Whynot, NC have gone to the dogs, and that’s just the way the town’s only veterinarian, Laken Mancinkus, likes it. No matter if she’s up when the rooster crows, or working until the cows come home, Laken never leaves an animal in need. So when a gorgeous Yankee comes begging for help herding some wily goats, Laken is up to the task.

Jake McDaniel is looking for a tax break, and what better way than to take up…farming? This ex-football player turned businessman turned unwitting goat farmer is up to his knees in goat drama. Runaway goats, dehydrated goats, and a baby goat that wants no one other than him, Jake needs more help than he cares to admit. Good thing the sexy veterinarian is right there to coach him on how to be a farmer. The only problem is, Laken’s not looking for anything more than a good time, while Jake is looking for his forever girl.

Will the baby goat, and Laken, be enough to get Jake to stay? Or will he take his tax break and hoof it back to Chicago? One thing is for certain…what happens on the farm doesn’t always stay on the farm.

Review

The best thing about a small town, especially one as rural as Whynot, North Carolina, is the camaraderie of its citizens and the slower paced lifestyle that allows them to not take the little things in life for granted, prioritizing the people and things that matter most, understanding the value of having family close, and focusing on what they want to do and who they want to be.

Whynot is a place where people embrace the quieter, tamer life of the country and it’s a setting that the Mancinkus’ siblings want to be and return to because of their family but also because it offers them a life worth living, and even though Laken is hesitant to start anything with Jake when he comes to town, she also knows that he might just be worth the risk because he acclimates to life on a farm quite well.

One of the things I find most interesting about the main characters of this series is that most of them have lived big city lifestyles and gave those up to return to a place that feels like home, which is a fact for some, but it also expresses the feelings that develop in being in an area like Whynot because it’s a place that allows them to breathe freely and to appreciate everything around them.

Whynot and its inhabitants are absolute charmers and that idea is effortlessly explored through Laken and Jake’s story not only by the man Jake becomes when he’s on his newly purchased farm with Laken and his goats, but through his interaction with the townspeople and his new perspective when he travels back to Chicago for business. The dynamics between Laken and Jake definitely evolve throughout the story, even though Laken doesn’t want to acknowledge that fact, but as time progresses and their interactions become more than just physical, it’s easy to see that they belong together even if their living dynamics are a point of contention for a relationship more than sex.

Once again, Pap is front and center in Laken and Jake’s story, but what’s also interesting is how a dog’s ruminations about his owner and a baby goat’s unnatural attachment to her owner illustrates just how special Whynot and its crazy and amazing people are.

BLOG TOUR REVIEW AND EXCERPT: TATE by Ella Frank

“The Temptation Series by Ella Frank was proof that if we open our minds and our hearts to love without boundaries, the result is nothing less than extraordinary.”

— Audrey Carlan, #1 New York Times Bestselling Author

Tate, the sexy new installment in The Temptation Series by Ella Frank is available NOW!!!

TATE-FW-FINAL

Tate (Temptation #5) by Ella Frank

Publishing Date: September 12th, 2017

Genre: Contemporary MM Romance

William Tate Morrison – The man who came into my life and turned my entire world—and me—on its ass.

Logan Mitchell has always been a man with a plan.

One for work. One for his relationship. And one for his life. Which is exactly the way he liked it—until recently.

Now with words like marriage and weddings floating around his head, Logan’s plans have suddenly changed course, and where they want him to go has him feeling somewhat distracted.

Tate Morrison knows Logan better than anybody else—or so he thinks. So when his lawyer is finding it hard to sleep at night, he chalks it up to the craziness that has recently descended on their lives.

Never in a million years would he guess what’s really on Logan’s mind.

Tate is the fifth book in the Temptation Series, and the next chapter in the lives of the two men we have all come to know and love.

Excerpt

When Logan came to a stop in the doorway, he spotted Tate seated cross-legged on the floor in amongst piles of books, DVDs, and paperwork in various files and binders. There was stuff everywhere, and when Tate looked over his shoulder at Logan, he couldn’t stop himself from smiling at the picture he made.

Tate was wearing grey sweats and a faded green t-shirt with some band he’d seen years ago printed on it. But that wasn’t what had Logan crossing to him, wanting a kiss. No, that’d be all those damn curls. They were sticking out all over the place and framing his face as Tate aimed that charming grin of his up at Logan.

Logan bent down and pressed a kiss to those curved lips, and Tate hummed and gladly returned it. “Looks like you’ve made some progress,” Logan said.

Tate looked around and nodded. “Yeah, a bit. God, that smells amazing.”

“Here.” Logan handed him the box. “No point in moving. I’ll grab some paper towels and drinks. What do you want?”

Tate put the pizza box down in front of him. “A water.”

Logan shook his head and then headed out to the kitchen, calling over his shoulder, “I’ll never understand how you drink water with your pizza. That’s just wrong.”

“I’ve always had water with it. Habit, I guess. Oh, hey? Are you still okay with going to Jill’s this weekend?”

Logan grabbed the paper towels, a Coke and water from the fridge, and then walked back into the study, tossing the bottled water. “Yeah, of course. I assume you decided it would be a good idea?”

“I don’t know that I’d go that far. But I want to see my nephews, and I’d really like you to meet them and my friends.”

Logan tried to keep his face neutral as Tate’s words went straight to his heart. But damn, not only was he proud of Tate, he felt incredibly loved by him in that moment. “Then we should go.”

Tate flipped open the pizza box and scooted over to make room for him, and as Logan took up the vacated spot, he let his eyes wander around the disaster zone and cleared his throat. “This room is a mess.”

Tate tore off a paper towel and then picked up a slice of the deep-dish pepperoni they’d decided on. “I’m thinking it’ll probably take us the longest. Who knew we had so much junk in here?”

Logan reached for a DVD set sitting on the top of the pile and screwed his nose up. “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe? Really? I think we need a trash pile. Have you started one of those?”

“Hey,” Tate said around a bite of his pizza. “Don’t even think about it. I grew up watching that.”

“The important part of that sentence is you grew up.” Logan flipped the DVD over in his hand, read the back of the box, and then raised a questioning eyebrow. “This might actually explain a few things about you.”

“Really?” Tate rolled his eyes. “Then it must also explain a few things about the majority of young boys in the eighties. That was a popular show. You aren’t throwing it out; it’s nostalgic. Plus, you never know, if you sat down and watched an episode with me, you just might like it.”

“Highly doubtful.” Logan put the box down and reached for a slice of pizza.

“Okay. Okay. I know you were more into books than TV,” Tate said, as his eyes went to the mountains of literature stacked in piles against the far wall. “What was something you read as a boy? Is it in one of those piles?”

Logan swallowed his mouthful of food and looked over at the books while Tate kept on talking.

“I mean, there are some pretty old-looking ones mixed in there with the autobiographies, textbooks, and National Geographics.”

Logan looked back to Tate and narrowed his eyes. “Pretty old ones? What am I, sixty?”

Tate unscrewed his water and took a long gulp, draining half of it, then put the lid back on and set it down. “Nope. About to turn thirty-eight, last time I checked.”

“How about you stop checking?”

Review

Ella Frank’s Logan and Tate are, WITHOUT A DOUBT, my favorite book couple of ALL TIME because each story in their series truly illustrates the progression of their romance, the highs and lows, fears and realizations, fights and make-up. Frank has allowed her readers a front-row seat to all that is Logan and Tate…every taunt, taste, touch, and torment that makes them one sizzling couple both in and out of their bedroom.

And as life does what it’s prone to do and challenges the strongest of couples, Frank ensures readers that despite the drama…despite the irrational thoughts and fears, the only thing that could ever divide Logan and Tate is if they stop being what they’ve always meant to each other, even when Tate wasn’t sure of what he wanted, if anything, from the alpha male who showed him another way to live and love.

Tate is a book of transitions for the sexy couple and why that means a number of changes, adjustments, and unfortunately facing their respective pasts in order to move forward, it’s clear that the bond Logan and Tate formed four years ago is as solid as ever, proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are ready for the next step, whatever that might mean.

I can’t begin to truly explain how much I adore this book couple and the candid way Ella Frank brings readers their story. Nothing is off limits when it comes to illustrating just how much Logan and Tate yearn for each other and they demonstrate that desire in so many erotic and sensual ways. Frank writes every single word in Tate to represent how far Logan and Tate have come and what the future holds for them in respect to their relationship, their businesses, and the people in their lives who matter most, and while there are obstacles preventing a smooth journey for this sinfully handsome couple, they’re willing to do the work…willing to put in the time to address what needs to be discussed and willing to stop at nothing to keep their claim on the love of their life!

Logan and Tate’s series is an epic love story that proves just how true the saying ‘love is love’ is and I can’t wait for them to get their happily ever after!

Review

Since Nora O’Brien was eleven years old, she’s dealt with messy and painful experiences, always losing a part of herself with every loss…every dashed dream…every bitter interaction. But what she always had was her imagination, and the way she brought a story to life and filled other people’s lives with cherished moments and memories allowed her to remain innocent and alive, until the one man she gave everything to destroyed her in irreparable ways, solidifying her fear of loss and shaping her to be a woman who no longer lives in fantasies because it gave her too much hope…too much light amidst the messy nature of reality.

I think every reader will be able to identify with any of the number of trials Nora has to endure as well as her reaction to them; she may think she’s selfish for her thoughts and her inability to be fully present in the lives of those who see her as a vital part of their lives, but Samantha Young provides the introspection that readers need to see why Nora has to be true to herself…true to the woman she hopes to be…true to the life that she dreamed of but never could quite obtain because of a set of uncontrollable circumstances.

Aidan Lennox is quite the enigma in Play On, which makes it difficult for me to truly assess my thoughts on his behavior and actions throughout both parts of the book. I never saw him as Nora’s saving grace; I actually thought Sylvie claimed that spot, but the way things played out between Nora and Aidan, the first time around, didn’t set too well with me and then to witness his deliberately cruel treatment of Nora, after the time spent apart, made me question his true feelings for Nora, especially due to the circumstances that led to their estrangement.

A part of me felt like the second part of the story moved too quickly; it didn’t expound on the ways Nora changed in those 18 months between losing Aiden and Sylvie as well as herself and then making strides to be a better version of herself – one who accepts who she is and the things she has done in her past, and while a big part of her transformation is going back to the States and atoning for the pain she caused by leaving so abruptly, I needed more insight to truly understand all that she dealt with during this time and how focusing on herself allowed her to move forward more so than anything else.

‘…everyone changes, bit by bit, day by day, Nora, while somehow staying the same…we’ve got nothing to fear from the people we were yesterday…Just because it takes more than falling in love to find yourself doesn’t mean that losing yourself in another person can’t be fucking beautiful.”

These sage words from Aidan to Nora towards the end of their story solidify what they’ve been struggling to understand as they work through their respective losses and while not allowing fear to control one’s actions is a difficult concept to bring to fruition after being manipulated by it for so long, realizing she’s survived and actually grown despite it is what gives Nora the push she needs to move on.

Excerpt

The searing glance Aidan had given me before he drove off killed the smile as anticipation enveloped me.

Not long later, I got a text with his address and a time. I texted back a simple “I’ll be there” response.

And now here I was.

With my palms sweating.

I pressed the buzzer to his apartment and some seconds later heard his delicious voice, “Hello?”

“It’s me.”

The door buzzed and I smiled as I stepped inside, thinking that sometimes he was a man of few words.

Aidan lived on the second from the top floor and when the elevator binged open, it was facing his apartment door—he was standing in it, his arms crossed over his chest as he leaned against the doorjamb.

My breath caught as I took him in. He was pure masculine, rugged perfection. Every time I saw him, he grew more attractive. His soulful eyes were focused on me as mine took in the fact that he was wearing a different T-shirt from earlier and ragged jeans. His hair was still wet so I knew, like me, he’d just had a shower.

Shivers tickled down my spine at the reason why. I stepped out of the elevator before the doors closed on me and approached him slowly, still drinking him in, disbelieving really that this kind, funny, smart and unbelievably sexy man was gazing at me like he thought I was all those things too. His eyes drifted down my body slowly and then rose, lingering over every detail, until they came back to my face.

“I like this dress,” he said.

I smiled softly. “You’re easily pleased.”

Aidan took my hand and led me inside his apartment, but I didn’t have a chance to look at it because he was speaking again, distracting me. “No, I didn’t used to be.” He closed the door, locking it behind us. “I used to be an arsehole.” His expression was almost one of wonder as he looked down at me. “A picky, womanizing arsehole.”

I tensed, not really enjoying the idea of him and other women. And picky? I remember Sylvie telling me her uncle dated the most beautiful women she’d ever seen.

Christ.

I tugged on my cardigan, wondering what possessed me to wear it.

“Don’t.” It was as if he sensed my sudden insecurity, sliding an arm around my waist and drawing me to him. My hands fluttered down on his hard, warm chest, and I tilted my head back to keep eye contact. “You’re perfect.”

“My hair is too short.” I touched the strands at my nape. “It used to be long.”

“I remember.”

“I cut it because of Jim,” I told him sadly…

Aidan squeezed my waist in reassurance.

“But I loved my hair too,” I said, feeling stupid about the whole thing. “I know it’s only hair … but I’m mad I cut it.”

He studied me so long, I was almost afraid to ask what he was thinking, but I shouldn’t have been. Aidan released my waist with one hand to brush his fingers through the bangs that had grown out past my ears. His fingers curled around my ear, his thumb stroking my cheekbone, and his eyes caught mine with a fierceness that made my belly squeeze. “You could shave it all off, Pixie, and still be so bloody beautiful, I can’t concentrate on anything else when you’re in the room.”

Wow. I exhaled slowly on his name, “Aidan.”

His eyes closed as if he was in pain and he dropped his forehead to mine. His cologne washed over me, the heat of him prickling my skin like I’d stepped out of an air-conditioned room into the hot sun. “I want to hear you say my name like that when I’m inside you,” he murmured against my lips.

Stuck in a boring insurance job, vivacious Mia Donovan has spent the last few years searching for her life’s true path. She fills her time helping plan the wedding of her best friend to the CEO of the Sugar Rush Candy Company.

Mia has also been trying to attract the impossibly rigid Sugar Rush security chief Gavin Knight. But for well over a year, the unyielding Mr. Knight has ignored her, despite her short skirts, tight sweaters, and patently obvious flirting. And when he finally approaches her, it’s only to assess the wedding plans for potential security risks.

A former soldier, Gavin has intercepted hostile anonymous letters threatening the high-profile wedding. Determined to keep everyone safe, he’s forced to work with the maddeningly sexy Miss Donovan of the thousand-watt charm and irresistible body.

Irked by Gavin’s many months of disregard, Mia takes her teasing flirtations to a whole new level. But her coquettish ways are no match for the edgy, lust-fueled dominant he conceals behind his impassive exterior. And when Gavin exerts his full control, Mia discovers he can protect everything except her heart.

EXCERPT REVEAL: WICKED DIRTY by J. Kenner

Sometimes bad isn’t good enough…

On the outside, Lyle Tarpin is a clean-cut Hollywood actor whose star is on the rise. Inside, he’s battling his own demons, shunning relationships and finding solace in the arms of a string of anonymous women paid very well for their discretion.

But when he’s photographed in a compromising position by an over-eager reporter, the only way to save his career is to say that the woman he was with is his fiancée. And now Lyle has to play a very public game with the only woman who’s ever managed to get under his skin.

Struggling waitress Sugar Laine agrees to spend one night with Lyle—but only because she’s desperate to save her family home. She never expects that a night of passion will turn into a pretend engagement … or that the heat between them will blossom into love.

But sometimes love has a price.

And now the only question is—can Lyle and Sugar afford to pay it?

Excerpt

“As for the first, he probably did it to piss me off. He knows I don’t date and don’t like to be in the spotlight where relationships are concerned. And he’s a little jealous that I’m doing movies now, and his last show was a web series.

“And as for why I didn’t correct him,” Lyle continues, “I honestly didn’t think about it. Then again,” he adds softly, “maybe it was there in the back of my mind.”

“What was?”

“That if you were my pretend fiancée, I’d get to see you again.”

“Oh.” I draw a breath, hoping he can’t tell how much I like hearing those words.

“Will you do it?” he asks. “Backing off now would draw the kind of attention I don’t want. And besides, being engaged is a sure fire way to keep Frannie at bay for the filming.”

“The filming? You aren’t even set to begin for weeks, right?”

“Our engagement doesn’t have to be that long. Two weeks, very public. Then we can break up. With any luck, Frannie will have found another man. And even if she hasn’t, I can claim a broken heart and the hope of reconciliation. She’ll leave me alone,” he says with certainty.

“And that’s it? That’s all I have to do? Pretend to be engaged?”

He nods. “You in? I’m willing to pay.”

“Damn right, you are,” I say. “This is going to be an arms-length transaction or not at all.”

He laughs. “Well, then name your price.”

I think about it, then nod. What the hell, right? I might as well go for broke. “Sixteen thousand, nine-hundred seventy-four dollars.”

“Well,” he says with a small frown. “That’s a very exact number.”

“The amount I need to pay off the loan, minus the ten I already applied, and the five you paid me for our date. I’m not applying the value of the thousand-dollar bill, because I think it’s cool, and I don’t want to sell it. And I’m not applying the two grand I’ve saved because that would clean me out. Or the money I could get as a cash advance off my credit cards. Because then I’d just have more debt.” I shrug. “So that’s the number. Take it or leave it.”

“Done.”

“Really?” I grin. I was expecting more of a battle.

“Really,” he acknowledges. “You’re my adoring fiancée, in public and in private.”

I take a step toward him. “Fair enough,” I say. “As long as we’re clear on one thing. I’ll be your girl, and I’ll put on a show for whoever’s watching. As for the private part? You can sleep here, or I’ll sleep at your place. And we can take day trips together and put on quite the show for the media. And if you really want me to, I’ll even do your laundry.”

I’m right in front of him now, and I press my finger to his lips, then trace it down, down, down, all the way to the fly of his jeans. “But that’s as far as private goes. This,” I add, cupping his crotch, “isn’t part of our deal at all.”

I back away as I feel his cock stiffen under my hand, then smile sweetly. “Those are the terms,” I say. “Take them or leave them.”

REVIEW BLITZ: DIRTY LITTLE SECRET BY Kendall Ryan

The start to a sexy new series from New York Times bestselling author, Kendall Ryan…

She’s much too innocent for me, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting the sweet, young librarian. I’m dominating and possessive, and my control streak runs a mile wide.

The way she looks at me—like I’m one of the heroes in the books she loves, like I’m broken, and she wants to be the one to piece me back together—it only complicates things further. I’m nobody’s hero.

But there’s no denying my tragic past reads like one of her favorite literary classics. It’s raw. Visceral. Captivating. And together, we’re a perfect mess.
How am I expected to resist when the sexual sparks zap between us and set me on fire? The need to control, and claim her force my walls to come tumbling down, but when she learns my dirty little secret, will my world come crashing down with it?

The story continues in Dirty Little Promise, releasing October 30th.

Review

Forbidden Desires is the perfect name for Kendall Ryan’s new series because the things that Emma Bell yearns for from Gavin Kingsley, a man who is as cold and arrogant as he is suave and sexy, should not be what she craves, not only because of the secrets that lurk beneath his controlled façade or the darkness that resonates from his cocky demeanor but a combination of those characteristics, his tortured past, and his isolated present.

Kendall Ryan constructs an intriguing world – one that walks a fine line due to the kind of services the Kingsley brothers’ company provides – and then once Emma is introduced to these alpha males and gets a sense of who they are, especially two of them, we as readers are allowed an insider’s look at not only the ins and outs of how the company is run and the clientele they serve, but also why the business was formed in the first place and how what they do and who they protect hits closer to home than most realize because the Kingsley siblings aren’t ones to share their personal backstories with many people.

Gavin, Cooper, and Quinn Kingsley aren’t easy men to figure out, either is Emma for that matter, and even though Dirty Little Secret focuses more on Gavin than the other brothers, all three play a pivotal role in their company as well as each other’s lives and Cooper is definitely a lifeline for Emma as she tries to maneuver her way not only around the new world she finds herself in due to her curious mind but also the enigma that is Gavin Kingsley and the emotions and truths that lay just beneath the surface…the same ones she seems to be slowly unearthing the closer they get to becoming more than strangers or even friends.

I adore all of Kendall Ryan’s stories, but there’s something about the ones that take place in an erotic setting and have characters who hold their true selves back from both the other characters and readers, only allowing people to see what they want them to see, so the conclusion to Gavin and Emma’s story is bound to be revealing in any number of ways.
